Frequently Asked Questions:
Where do I go on my first time to Thrive Church?
When you arrive for your first visit, please stop by our guest information station. There you will find a cheerful team of people who are ready to meet your family and quickly get all the necessary information to get your child checked-in for Thrive Kids.
What’s the check-in process like?
After your first time at Thrive Kids, you can easily utilize our “Self Check-in” kiosks to get checked in each week. Simply stop at one of the check-in stations located near any Thrive Kids area and search by your phone number. Once you’ve located your family, select the child to check in and their appropriate age group. The machine will generate your child’s name tag and your ID number tag. Your child will not be released from his or her classroom until we receive the matching ID number tag back from you at pick up.
Is the environment safe?
Yes. All Thrive Kids volunteers are required to pass background checks and be fully vetted and approved by our staff. Additionally, for your peace of mind, our volunteers never serve alone.
What if Thrive Kids needs to contact me during the service?
While our experienced volunteers will always make every effort to work with your child and honor your time in the main worship service, we may occasionally need to contact you about your child. If this is necessary, your cell phone number or the child’s ID number assigned at check-in will appear on the screen to let you know we need you.
Is the curriculum the same for all Thrive Kids?
Yes. It is our desire to provide a creative, safe and exciting experience for every child. Having consistent programming at each Thrive Kids service helps us reach that goal and gives our volunteers a common focus, vision and passion.
